Development and maintenance of Quality Management System for Software projects and services based on ISO 9001:2000 and CMM/ CMMI quality model. 2. Preparation and maintenance of process documents. 3. Maintenance of Quality Records. 4. Will be responsible for conducting internal audits. 5. Liasoning with certification agencies. 6. Imparting training to the organization on QMS and Quality Models. 7. Must have between 2-5 years of experience in IT Industry. Professional Knowledge and Skills 1. Person must be well-versed with process documentation techniques/ methods such as ETVX. 2. Candidates should be trained Internal Auditor/ Lead Auditor for ISO 9001. 3. Professional certification such as CSQA is desirable. 4. Knowledge of CMMI assessment techniques will be an added advantage. 5.
