Ashish Kamotra: President and CEO
Ashish has more than 17 years of experience including manufacturing, Consumer electronics, Telecom , Call Centers , CRM and back office applications.  He has held  leadership positions in Multinational and Fortune 100 Companies, including Matsushita Electric ( National Panasonic)
During his career Ashish has held key positions at various functional divisions including international division for product , marketing and consumer relations . He has vast experience with CRM , Call centers and thin client applications . Has been instrumental in establishing products such as Adapt CRM and Go-Global in India.  He has been on the panel of many Management Institutes as visiting faculty IT strategy courses for their final year  management students including  IIMs. He has a vast experience of strategizing and managing business with large execution initiatives handling cross cultures among the teams. He strongly believes in team spirit and continuous training as one of the key factors for organizational growth. He is a strong motivator and has received many acknowledgements for his business strategies and operational excellence. He holds an Electronics and Communications Engineering (B.Tech) degree from REC Srinagar .

Sanjeev Sharma: Vice President - Sales and Marketing  for Go-Global products Sanjeev is an accomplished professional with 18 years’ of  experience in profit centre management, sales & marketing, business development across multifarious industry verticals such as IT, FMCG and Telecom He has experience in leading national level sales & marketing operations with expertise in all aspects such as strategic planning, business development, channel management and client relationship management. He has extended noteworthy contributions in the form of new branch setup, strategic partnerships with IT sellers, retailers, establishing retail structure for retail products and institutional business development.Sanjeev has Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a degree in Electronics & Communication from REC Surathkal


Nitin Grover: AVP- Enterprise Solutions & Business Consulting
Nitin has been instrumental in setting up a business consulting practice under Adapt India . He has around 11 years  of experience  in accounting , ERP and CRM integrations and training services.  He started his career as financial consultant and served accounting and auditing company Mazars (an International Audit and Advisory Company, headquartered out of France), for more than 5 years. Before joining Adapt he was part of  consulting & implementations team for Navision ERP and CRM and has been instrumental in lot of implementations covering  for the Finance (GL, AR, AP, Inventory) and CRM modules.
As a financial consultant has worked for the Indian arm of main focus was on Internal and Management Assurance Audits for helping companies refine existing processes or implement new processes, both manual and Information Technology based. 

Nitin is a Bachelor or Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University and Chartered Accountant (I).  He has many certifications on technology especially from Oracle to his credit.
