ADAPTsdk is really several tools in one. First, it gives you the ability to call custom programs from various "hook" points in ADAPTcrm™. This lets you seamlessly embed your customization into the software. Next, a code-free application development tool is provided to let you create custom programs without writing a line of programming code. This greatly reduces the complexity, time and overall cost normally associated with custom programming. Finally, ADAPTsdk contains an application program interface (API) so that your custom programs can directly access the underlying database tables of ADAPTcrm™ and even call common ADAPTcrm™ functions (such as scheduling an appointment or opening an account record). |
