SharePoint Feature | Sync the files in your O365 or SharePoint site libraries

You can sync the files in your O365 or SharePoint site libraries so that they are always available on your computer even if you are offline.

Once you are synced, you can add, edit and remove files from your computer and your changes sync automatically.

You are working in your O365 team site and you want to have a copy of the files from this document library on your computer.

So you will select "document library", then select "sync" and then "sync now"

You see which library you are syncing and where to find that library later.
It will be saved in your personal folder and you can also find it through your windows favorites. If you don't have the sync app, you will be prompted to install it.

You select sync now to start the download, then click show my files to go to the sync library folders.

Here at your site library documents, you can tell you are synced successfully, because they have green checkmark on their document icons.

The next time you need them in the SharePoint folder in your windows favorite.

Now you can open and edit these documents and your changes will immediately synchronized with my site libraries.
