Adapt Software launches portal for SMEs
NEW DELHI: Adapt Software IAP India Pvt. Ltd., the Indian
arm of the U.S.-based Adapt Software Applications, on Monday launched a
customer self service portal to strengthen its offerings and retain market
share in India. This follows the rollout of its customer relationship
management (CRM) application, ADAPTcrm, for the Indian small and medium
sized companies. The portal can help SMEs lower the costs of servicing
customers and users also will find it easier to approach the company,
resulting in increased user adoption, Adapt said in a statement here.
