[ SATURDAY, JUNE 04, 2005 11:30:26 PM]
NEW DELHI: ADAPT Software IAP India Pvt Ltd, the Indian arm of ADAPT Software Applications, Inc (ASA), has launched a new version of ADAPTcrm, after carefully understanding typical requirements for Customer and Supplier Relationship Management (CRM) by small and medium enterprises (SMEs), particularly in terms of user number and price point.

“Ours is the first CRM company to have spent considerable years studying the Indian market for its peculiarities and launched a truly customised solution for Indian SMEs at price points suitable to them,” said Ashish Kamotra, CEO, ADAPT India.

CRM, hitherto considered to be a domain of large enterprises only, can now be availed by Indian SMEs as well but they do not have to compromise on enterprise-class features. Besides, the company has also launched a customer self-service portals to further strengthen its CRM offering, Kamotra added. ADAPT’s price points are about one-tenth of what the big CRM solution makers are offering, he claimed.

ADAPTcrm, the company’s flagship product, was built from the ground up and not acquired from various other software developers. “Since we have always maintained development and ownership exclusivity, the solution maintains unsurpassed inter-departmental integration. ADAPTcrm is designed to track all key customer and vendor communications within a single, integrated module. The system’s intuitive design facilitates interdepartmental collaboration and provides visibility over all mission critical touch points within an organisation,” he said.

The latest release of ADAPTcrm is the fourth-generation of the company’s comprehensive, customer-focused front office business management system.
